Elite Summer Showcase Camp

 

Champions Fastpitch Academy is excited to offer you the ultimate softball showcase opportunity. On June 13th, 2024 we will host over 10 college coaches at Hobgood Park in Woodstock, GA for a Summer Skills Showcase like no other. The training camp will consist of individual skills training by some of the top coaches in the country. Each athlete will choose up to 2 positions of focus and work with college coaches in multiple stations of focused skill work. All athletes will be evaluated the coaches in attendance. As part of the camp, athletes will divide into teams and compete in games coached by the college coaches.

To combat the summer heat, we will have breaks each day to allow Q & A opportunity with the college coaches to discuss topics such as recruiting, travel ball, practices, choosing a college, etc.

We are limiting the numbers to enhance the experience for each athlete. The Camp is open to all athletes ages 12-22.

This will undoubtedly be a truly impactful and beneficial way to kick off your 2024 summer showcase season.

Cost: Individual $300.00; Team $3,150.00 (Team of 12)

Player registration will be limited to this first 100 individuals who register. We are allowing the opportunity for up to 3 teams to register.

FAQs

How many positions can each participant list on the registration form?
Each participant must ONLY list 1 primary position and 1 secondary position. If you only play 1 position, make sure to ONLY list that position.

Will provide lodging and meals for camp participants?
No.  All teams must book their hotel through GroupHousing to be accepted into the tournament. This is a requirement of the tournament.  Hotel reservations are quick and easy with GroupHousing. You will find their website very informative as well as a nice range of accommodations to choose from. They have the lowest group rate but hotels go fast so do it now.  All rates are guaranteed to be the lowest rate.  If you need assistance, please call them at (888) 290-3210.

Participants are responsible for bringing their own meals and drinks for the duration of the camp/clinic.

What should each player bring to the camp?
Players are required to bring their softball equipment (gloves, batting gloves, bats, helmets, catcher’s equipment, softball pants, socks and cleats. Please also remember to bring sunscreen and anything else you might need throughout the day.

In the event of inclement weather, will a refund be issued?
Since all our expenses are paid in their entirety prior to the start of the camp, there will be no refunds.  Please be advised that Champions does not get reimbursed for field expenses or fees paid to College Coaches in the event of a rain out.  However, we will do everything we can to complete as much of the camp/clinic as possible.  Secondary locations and our indoor batting cages at Champions are secured as a back-up plan.

What are the Cancellation / Refund Policies? 
Champions does not offer cash refunds or credits in the event of a cancellation within 21 days of a given camp.  In the event of a cancellation outside 21 calendar days from the beginning of the camp, customers will be offered credit to a future camp within 1 calendar year of the scheduled date of the original camp OR a fifty percent refund on your camp registration fee.  This is strict Champions Fast Pitch policy for all camps/clinics, if you have any questions please contact Champions at [email protected].
